Ms. Elaine Johns has over 35 years of consulting experience in areas ranging from strategic planning, power supply planning, utility rates, marketing, and economic analysis. She is one of the founders and current President/CEO of EnerVision, where she heads the company’s nationwide consulting and business development efforts.  Previously to EnerVision, she was a 13-year employee at Oglethorpe Power Corporation and led the Analytical Team that helped define the landmark restructuring of Oglethorpe Power.

Ms. Johns is an experienced facilitator, working with cooperative boards of directors, executive and key staffs.  She also specializes in the development of comprehensive power supply strategies and provides expertise in contract negotiations.

Ms. Johns is an active advocate in the academia space – serving on the Georgia Tech boards for the School of Industrial Engineering, the College of Engineering and the President’s Advisory board.  She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers.  She holds several inductions and has been published.

Ms. Johns has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (aka, Georgia Tech) and resides in Johns Creek, Ga.
